Barangay Tuktukan through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites Contractors to bid for the hereunder project: Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria as specified in Republic Act No. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat upon payment of a non-refundable fee based on the standard rate set by the GPPB Resolution No. 04-2012. Only those interested Bidders who have purchased the Bid Forms shall be allowed to attend the Pre-Bid Conference.
