Barangay Tuktukan through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites Contractors to bid for the hereunder project: Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria as specified in Republic Act No. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat upon payment of a non-refundable fee based on the standard rate set by the GPPB Resolution No. 04-2012. Only those interested Bidders who have purchased the Bid Forms shall be allowed to attend the Pre-Bid Conference. Th Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of RA 9184 and its IRR.
