SYSTEM MODULES
1. Compliance to Applicable Laws and Regulations
The ATMS must be able to comply with the standards set by the Government Accounting Manual and other relevant laws and rules. Such as when transacting and reporting in the ATMS. This includes automated updating of relevant Government Accounting Manual (GAM) Reports such as Stock Card and Property Card.
2. Purchase Request and Order Management Module
The system shall support the recording of procurement transactions for supplies, semi-expendable property, and property, plant, and equipment (PPE). It shall allow authorized users to record Purchase Requests (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), supplier information.
The system shall generate procurement-related forms and reports, including but not limited to PRs and POs. It shall also allow uploading of documents in pdf format.
3. Asset Registration and Classification
The system shall allow registration of assets by classification, including supplies and materials, semi-expendable property (both low-value and high-value), and property, plant, and equipment...
