Tender Details

The object of the procurement is the manufacture, delivery and partial installation of signage for Hämeenlinna's national urban park in accordance with the tender request attachments. The signs are located in different parts of the city of Hämeenlinna, in various locations, in outdoor spaces. Boards a total of 15 pieces will be purchased, of which 10 pieces will be installed in place at the locations specified by the customer. The contract is implemented as a total contract, where the bidder is responsible for the implementation of the procurement, from the completion of the design solutions to the ready commissioning. The contract includes all the materials necessary to carry out the work, manufacturing, surface treatment, graphics, foundation, transportation, lifting, installation, finishing of work areas and commissioning. More detailed criteria for signs and the overall contract are presented in the attachments. Attached is a more detailed description of the purchase and the conditions, plan images of the signs, the locations of the signs and more detailed/general conditions. The signs to be installed on the terrain must be in place and the finishing work done by the end of November 2026 by. The customer has the right to reject all offers and suspend the purchase if he wishes.
