The Human Rights Violations Victims- Memorial Commission (HRVVMC), through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure ARCHIVAL LEGAL FILE FOLDERS through Small Value Procurement - Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (Php 228, 000.00) under the HRVVMC budget.
