The Human Rights Violations Victims- Memorial Commission (HRVVMC), through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure for ARCHITECTURAL SCALE MODEL REPAIR SERVICES through Negotiated Procurement: Small Value Procurement - Section 53.9 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 75, 000.00) under the HRVVMC budget.
