Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) office building, including workspaces, service areas, public service counters, meeting rooms, storage/records areas, and related facilities.



Scope of Work

The selected architectural firm shall provide services including, but not limited to:



1. Conceptual and Schematic Design

-Site analysis and space planning

-Initial concept proposals (3-5 concepts)

-Schematic floor plans and massing studies

-Preliminary 3D renderings

-Finalized architectural plans, elevations, and sections

-Complete architectural design details

-Integration with structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other engineering disciplines
