1) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the budget for the contract approved
by the Sanggunian through an appropriation ordinance for the year 2026 intends
to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Fifty-seven Thousand Three Hundred
Five Pesos Only (P 1, 157, 305.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)
to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Appliances for Use of
various offices/ hospitals under the Provincial Government of Bohol (2026
000579 REBIDDING). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Bohol, through the Provincial Procurement Management
Unit, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is
