Invitation to Bid for the PROCUREMENT OF ANTIRABIES VACCINE (ARV) for the Municipality of Mahaplag, Leyte
1. The Municipality of Mahaplag, Leyte, thru the General Fund 2026 intend to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php. 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract(ABC) to payment under the contract for the ROCUREMENT OF ANTIRABIES VACCINE (ARV) of the Municipality of Mahaplag, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Mahaplag, Leyte, now invites bids for the ROCUREMENT OF ANTIRABIES VACCINE (ARV) for the Municipality of Mahaplag, Leyte. Delivery is required within 30 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
