1. The Municipality of Madridejos, through the 20% Development Fund for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Ninety One Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Pesos and 00/000 (Php 1, 091, 720.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of anti-rabies vaccine for the provision of post-exposure prophylaxis to bite victims within the Municipality- MAD 011-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Madridejos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) days after receipt of the PO/Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
