1) The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), through the 2026 LOCAL FUND Regular 2026 CURRENT intends to apply the sum of Five Million Two Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos & 20/100 Only (PHP 5, 281, 525.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Annual Preventive Maintenance of Airconditioning Units at the MMDA New Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) now invites bids for the Procurement of Annual Preventive Maintenance of Airconditioning Units at the MMDA New Building.
