MUNICIPALITY OF DINGALAN
INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF ANIMAL BITE VACCINE AND SUPPLIES
1) The Municipality of Dingalan, through the Trust Fund (PhilHealth), intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (PhP 1, 999, 950.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Animal Bite Vaccine and Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Dingalan now invites bids for the Procurement of Animal Bite Vaccine and Supplies using Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
