INVITATION TO BID FOR

PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF THREE (3) PHASE ELECTRONIC SIREN WITH TIMER CONTROLLER

1. The Municipality of Kananga, through the MDRRM Fund 70% intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 800, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for GOODS24-04-026 Procurement and Installation of Three (3) Phase Electronic Siren with Timer Controller. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Kananga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
