1. The PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHT, through its DEVELOPMENT FUNDS OF 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE PESOS & 80/100 ONLY (Php190, 565.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHT with contract number___________. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BARANGAY CANSIBOY, BURAUEN, LEYTE now invites bids for the PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHT. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with the Delivery Schedule under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements.
