INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR POWERED STREET LIGHTS

1. The Municipality of Boljoon, through the MUNICIPAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE (MDRRMO) (20% Local Development Fund - 2024 PHP 1, 700, 000.00 and Financial Assistance from Provincial Government PHP 1, 000, 000.00), intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 2, 700, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR POWERED STREET LIGHTS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Boljoon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days after the issuance of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 30 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
