INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement and Installation of Reliable

Communication System



1) The Local Government Unit of San Julian, Eastern Samar through the LDRRM

Fund CY 2026 ; Thematic Area I, Item # 3 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred

Fifty-Two Thousand Pesos Only (Php.252, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for

the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement and

Installation of Reliable Communication System. Bids received in excess of the

ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2) The Local Government Unit of San Julian, Eastern Samar now invites bids for

Procurement and Installation of Reliable Communication System. using Lowest

Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) bid opening manner & Award Criterion.

Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should
