1.The Municipal Government of Victoria, through the General Appropriation Ordinance No. 02 series of 2023 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2, 500, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement and Installation of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment for Furnishing Interiors of Isolation Facility in Barangay San Gelacio, Victoria, Oriental Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
