The municipality of Sodankylä is requesting your contract offer for the installation of the control systems for road and track lighting owned by the municipality of Sodankylä: Some of the sites are located in the side villages of our large municipality, but the main focus of the contract is in the church village and Luosto. Part lighting has been implemented with individual lighting control (Luosto, Kelukoskentie klv, Siilastie, Jääkärintie) The Papplanniemi beach route has motion sensor control. The main focus in procurement is on center-specific control, which enables night time shutdowns either partially or completely. The subscriber does not buy control devices but rents them for 6 years. In addition, the service contract includes two separately agreed two-year option periods. The provider is responsible for the necessary equipment purchases, installation and about the functionality of the system during the contract. There are approximately 32 street light centers in the Kirkonkylä area. There are 4 centers that control the runway lighting. On other roads, there are 31 lighting centers owned by the municipality. In addition, Kakslauttase has 2 track lighting At Luosto, street lighting is controlled by 6 centers and sidewalk lighting is controlled by 5 centers. As regards Luosto's street lighting and track lighting, the municipality uses the Interact city lamp-specific control system. The centers control LED, and high-pressure sodium lighting. Possible additional control systems will be procured and installed as separately ordered work at an hourly price during the contract period. The center-specific quantity list is attached.
