Description : PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF BASKETBALL EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES
1. The Barangay Government of Nasig ID, Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental, through its Barangay Fund, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Pesos (₱285, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the project:
PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF BASKETBALL EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES,
consisting of:
• Two (2) units of movable fiberglass basketball set;
• One (1) set of electronic scoreboard;
• Two (2) units of shot clock with game time display; and
• One (1) lot of various electrical materials and accessories,
including installation (wires, conduits, breakers, panel board, etc.).
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The project shall be completed within Fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
