1) The MUNICIPALITY of Capoocan, Leyte, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP1, 520, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF AIRCONDITIONING UNITS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY of Capoocan, Leyte now invites bids for PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF AIRCONDITIONING UNITS using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid. Delivery of the Goods is required within FIFTEEN (15) CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
