1) The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred One Thousand One Hundred Ten Pesos Only (PHP 3, 401, 110.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract for the Procurement and Installation of Aircon for use at the Assessor's Office, Budget Office, PPDO, Admin Photoshoot Room and Casitas at Jose V. Yap Sport and Recreational Complex. Bids received in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
