Invitation to Bid for the Procurement and distribution of hygiene and dignity kits to the vulnerable sectors during calamity and disaster
1. The Municipality of Madridejos, through the LDRRMF -Special Trust Fund, intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Three Pesos and 30/000 (Php 692, 673.30), being the ABC for payments under the contract for the Procurement and distribution of hygiene and dignity kits to the vulnerable sectors during calamity and disaster-MAD 026-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Madridejos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the PO/Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
