1) The DepED, Tangub City Division, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY-SIX PESOS (P 7, 623, 346.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY OF SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION FY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DepED, Tangub City Division now invites bids for PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY OF SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION FY 2026 using the PUBLIC BIDDING. Delivery of the Goods is required One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days.
