Description : 1. The City Government of San Fernando, La Union, through the FY 2023 Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Forty Five Thousand Pesos (P845, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement and Delivery of Marine Epoxy and Paints (Project Identification Number PB-23-046). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of San Fernando, La Union now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
