Description : 1. Introduction
This Terms of Reference (ToR) defines the scope, objectives, features, and requirements for the procurement of the AMD Real Estate and Asset Management System (AMD REAMS). The system will facilitate the management of property records, layout plans, geospatial location mapping, and financial data related to PNOC land assets as well as transactions involving the same. The system is envisioned to improve record organization, accessibility, and integration of property-related data in a database as part of PNOC-s digitalization efforts.
2. Objectives
The primary objectives of the system are:
A. To centralize and digitize property records for efficient management and retrieval
B. To integrate geospatial data for property location, mapping, and layout visualization.
C. To ensure seamless integration of property-related documents/data (valuation, income, real property tax, etc.)
D. To enhance transparency, accuracy, accessibility of property information & interface with existing accounting system of PNOC
