1) Plated Meals for Breakfast and Lunch
a) Plated Heavy Breakfast - one (1) serving per participant, consisting of rice, protein/main dish, egg, side dish, dessert/fruit, and bottled water or beverage.
b) Plated Lunch - one (1) serving per participant, consisting of rice, main dish (meat, fish, or poultry), vegetable side dish, dessert/fruit, and bottled water or beverage.
2) Packed PM Snacks
Details:
a) Nutritious balance diet (submit proposal menu) shall include a balanced selection of protein, carbohydrates, vegetables, dessert/fruit, and beverage
b) No pork, shrimp, or sugary beverages (e.g., soft drinks/soda) shall be served.
c) Provision of table and chairs (with cover and classroom set up) for 800 pax
d) Provision of food servers on the day of the event
e) Free-flowing coffee for all participants
