Invitation to Apply Eligibility to Bid for the

Procurement of AK-15D Blast Freezer

1. The Municipal Government of Buguey, through its Local Economic Enterprises - Continuing CY2023 and General Fund - Other PPE, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (P420, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of AK-15D Blast Freezer. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Buguey now invites bids for Procurement of AK-15D Blast Freezer. Delivery of the Goods and Services required is 30 days. Bidders should have completed, within the last 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
