Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF AIRCONDITIONING UNIT FOR CEA
1. The Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT U)- Iloilo City Campus, through FY 2026 - Fund 05A, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP 1, 176, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Airconditioning Unit for CEA with Project Reference No. ISAT U GOODS-2026-04-020. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The ISAT U - Iloilo City Campus invites bids for the Procurement of Airconditioning Unit for CEA as specified in sections VI (Schedule of Requirements and VII (Technical Specifications) of the Bidding Documents. Delivery of Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar days upon the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed at least within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the project.
