Description : The LGU-PILAR through the TRUST FUND PMNP (PHP 280, 854.92) AND GENERAL FUND (PHP 161, 900.00) intends to apply the sum of TWENTY Php FOUR HUNDRED FORTY TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR PESOS & 92/100 (442, 754.92) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC)to payment under the Contract for the ROCUREMENT OF AIRCONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR THE USE OF MHO (PMNP), ASSESSOR, MSWDO (NCDC USE), MHO (GENERAL FUND).
Prospective Bidders should have experience in undertaking similar project within at least 8 years with an amount of at least 80% of the proposed projects for bidding. The Eligibility Checks/Screening as well as the preliminary Examination of Bids shall be use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid shall be conducted.
