The Municipality of Sta.Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the Trust Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Two Thousand Peso(S) (Php 142, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Aircondition (Split Type) (FOR DRRMO OPERATION CENTER.) /26-0843.
Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
