PROCUREMENT OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS, 2026 LIVELIHOOD
1) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the Livelihood Program intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (Php280, 400.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Procurement of Agricultural Products, 2026 Livelihood, Sumilao, Bukidnon being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot.
2) The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, now invites supplier for Procurement of Agricultural Products, 2026 Livelihood, Sumilao, Bukidnon using the mode of Procurement under Republic Act 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Delivery of the Goods is required 15 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
