1. The Municipal Government of Palanas, through its LGU General Fund CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Fifty One Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Pesos (P 651, 930.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Agricultural Inputs (2nd Sem. CY 2026) (See Technical Specifications). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Palanas now invites bids for Procurement of Agricultural Inputs (2nd Sem. CY 2026) (See Technical Specifications). Delivery of the Goods is required for Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
