Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office- MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2025 Continuing Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Five Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php5, 800, 000.00) representing the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Agricultural Drone Services under the Production Support Services of Rice Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DA-RFO-MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days in Oriental and Occidental Mindoro and Palawan. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
