The DENR-PENRO Camarines Norte, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends
to procure Security Services in accordance with Republic Act No. 12009 (New Government Procurement
Reform Act) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, under Negotiated Procurement - Small Value
Procurement.
Please quote your best offer for the item/s described herein, subject to the attached Annexes A, B
(Terms of Reference), and C (Terms and Conditions), which form an integral part of this Request for
Quotation (RFQ).
The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Three Hundred Eighty Thousand pesos
(₱380, 000.00).
Quotations, duly signed by the service provider-s authorized representative, must be submitted not
