Procurement of Additives The purpose of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement with a supplier to cover the Client's need for additives as detailed in Annex B1, section 2.2 of the requirements specification. The framework agreement must ensure a stable supply of additives i peace, emergency situations, crisis, armed conflict and war. Refer to Part II (General contract provisions), appendix (B1 Requirements specification) for a more detailed description of the scope of the procurement.
