Description : The OCCIDENTAL MINDORO STATE UNIVERSITY (OMSU) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the Additional Testing Materials- Guidance and Testing Center Labangan (OMSU RFQ 26-037) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Four Hundred Thirty Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Five Pesos (Php 430, 625.00) through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the IRR of RA No. 12009 or the NEW GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT ACT.
