Description : 1. The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Region III, through the Automatic Appropriations - Free Public Internet Access Program Fund, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (₱4, 263, 600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement Of Additional Sites Under Provision Of Internet Connectivity Services (PICS) In Public Places Program In Region 3 with Bid Reference No. BAC-2026-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DICT now invites bids for the Procurement of Additional Sites under Provision of Internet Connectivity Services (PICS) in Public Places Program in Region 3. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
