1. The Batangas State University, through the Modified Disbursement System Fund FY 2021 (MDS 2021) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Two Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Eight Pesos (Php 5, 299, 988.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement Additional Desktop computers as part of the Partial Implementation of the Information System Strategic Plan (ISSP) in Batangas State University. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
