Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments of the amount of Tk. 17, 00, 000/- (Seventeen Lakh Taka only).2. The Tenderer should submit valid trade license, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgement slip/ certificate, 13 digit BIN and Mushak Challan-6.3 as per current VAT Act.3. The satisfactory completion of similar goods in public utility with a minimum amount of BDT 15, 00, 000.00 in a single contract in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.4.The minimum of years of the general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 (Three) years.5. Other criteria for eligibility as spec ified in Tender document.6. Nameplate picture is uploaded on RPCl-website.
