The Local Government Unit of Luba, Abra through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake Procurement of Good & Services for the PROCUREMENT OF ACCOMMODATION, MEALS AND SCNACKS FOR THE CONDUCT OF INTEGRATED PLANNING COURSE ON BASIC INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM TRAINING with an approved budget for the contract (ABC) of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php. 350, 000.00).
The procurement will be undertaken through Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
In accordance with the Terms of Reference, please accomplish, provide correct and accurate information and submit the duly signed Price Quotation Form (Annex “A”) in a sealed envelope not later than 3:00 PM of March 3, 2026 at the Office of the BAC Secretariat, Municipal Building, Poblacion, Luba, Abra.
