Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The tenderer must have a valid and up-to-date trade license, BIN certificate, and income tax clearance certificate.2. Tenderer should have a bank statement/line of credit reflecting minimum 6 (six) lakh taka as a liquid asset.3. Tenderer should have experience supplying similar items (electrical material/consumables) of an amount of 5 (five) Lakh within the last three years in a single contract in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Institute. Only a work completion certificate will be considered as proof of experience.4. Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (Form e-PG2-3) has to be completed with the proper country of origin, make, and model or brand of individual items that are being offered by the tenderer. Incomplete filling or writing "as per tender/as per requirement" in the mentioned form may make the tenderer non-responsive.5. Tenderer must submit technical data sheet/brochure for irem No:1-4. 6. Tenderer must submit a 1 (one)-year warranty certificate for all items.
