Description : Project Title: Procurement of Abaca Processing Equipment

INVITATION NO: 04-26



1) The Municipal Government of Libona, through the [Appropriation Ordinance of 2025] intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thirty FiveThousand Pesos (Php. 635, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Abaca Processing Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2) The Municipal Government of Libona now invites bids for the Procurement of Abaca Processing Equipment using using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder [LCRB]. Delivery of the Goods is required a 30 Calendar Days delivery period from the receipt of the Notice to Porceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years of relevant project from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
