FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF 864, 000 PIECES OF SECURITY PLASTIC SEAL
1. The Philippine Postal Corporation, through the CY 2025 Corporate Budget approved by the Board of Directors of this Corporation, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Seven Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Pesos (Php 4, 752, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 864, 000 Pieces of Security Plastic Seal. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Postal Corporation now invites bids for the Procurement of 864, 000 Pieces of Security Plastic Seal. Delivery of the goods/services is required within One Hundred Sixty-Five (165) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
