FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF 600, 000 PIECES OF SECURITY PLASTIC SEAL
1) The Philippine Postal Corporation, through the CY 2026 Corporate Budget approved by the Board of Directors of this Corporation, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 2, 880, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 600, 000 Pieces of Security Plastic Seal. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine Postal Corporation now invites bids for Procurement of 600, 000 Pieces of Security Plastic Seal. Delivery of the Goods is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
