1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IVA, through the Organic Agriculture Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Eighteen Thousand Pesos and 19/100 (Ᵽ 2, 318, 000.19) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of 57 rolls UV Plastic to be distributed to Organic Practitioner in support to their Organic Agriculture Livelihood Project under Organic Agriculture Program FY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
