1) The West Visayas State University Medical Center- NSCV, through the NSCV Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Pesos Only (Php14, 000, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of 560, 000 pieces Newborn Screening Blood Collection Cards with Customized Specifications. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The West Visayas State University Medical Center- NSCV now invites bids for Procurement of 560, 000 pieces Newborn Screening Blood Collection Cards with Customized Specifications.
