1) The Department of National Defense/Government Arsenal (DND/GA), through the General Appropriations Act and DBM-Approved Multi Year Contractual Authority for FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY PESOS (PhP465, 531, 240.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of 559.12 Metric Tons Metallic Raw Materials (DND/GA-MRM-MYCA-2026-01). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each year shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
