Tondo Medical Center, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the project Procurement of 4K PTZ Webcam with an Approved Budget for the Contract of Two Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Pesos (PhP288, 000.00) through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
