PROCUREMENT OF 4 WHEELS MINI LOADER FOR TOURISM USE
1. The MUNICIPALITY OF ANDA, PANGASINAN, through the Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱1, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF 4 WHEELS MINI LOADER FOR TOURISM USE with project identification number PB No.2026-03-14. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPALITY OF ANDA, PANGASINAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should be having completed a contract similar to the Project of at least 50% of the approved Budget of the contract. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
