Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR 2026-07-001 Procurement of 4-Wheel Drive Tractor with Accessories
1. The Municipal Government of Bucay, through the R.A.7171 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php.4, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2026-07-001 Procurement of 4-Wheel Drive Tractor with Accessories. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Bucay now invites bids for the 2026-07-001 Procurement of 4-Wheel Drive Tractor with Accessories. Delivery of the Goods is required 15CD. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
