The Local Government Unit of Luba, Abra through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake Procurement of Goods for the PROCUREMENT OF 4 UNITS LAPTOP AND 15 SETS INK with an approved budget for the contract (ABC) of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED PESOS (Php. 223, 700.00).
The procurement will be undertaken through Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
In accordance with the Terms of Reference, please accomplish, provide correct and accurate information and submit the duly signed Price Quotation Form (Annex “A”) in a sealed envelope not later than 4:00 PM of March 30, 2026 at the Office of the BAC Secretariat, Municipal Building, Poblacion, Luba, Abra.
The Local Government Unit of Luba reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and to impose additional terms and conditions as it may deem proper.
